The Warhol ties the past, present, and future together by mixing its intriguing historical background with modern and inventive installments. The building was built in the late 1800s and run by a printing company. We have incorporated many of the building’s original structural elements into your modern home, so by leasing our lofts, you will be living in a piece of history.

Large Lofts

  • The large three-story design gives you more than enough space and light. The high ceilings create a unique layout to attract anyone, and we guarantee you will love the authentic loft design, which is unlike anything in the residential marketplace.

  • At The Warhol, we value privacy. With its boutique atmosphere, our 8-loft building ensures exclusivity, personalization, and familiarity that will provide a pleasant retreat from the fast pace of everyday life. 

Latest technology

  • Whether it be for your home office or home entertainment, our high-speed internet with Google Fiber will guarantee you have the best WIFI connection for all your needs. Smart home technology will be available to you in your home. The Warhol will utilize controlled access technology for both parking and lofts as well as a security system. 

Parking

  • Individual, private parking allows for effortless access to the downtown scene. Our covered carports will provide protection from the elements for your personal vehicle, and an electric charging station will ensure you are able to travel wherever and whenever you like. 

Mail Room 

  • An additional mail room will be dedicated to your large packages. Individual mailboxes will be situated in the lobby. 

Services

  • Maintenance services to keep The Warhol fresh and clean will be provided routinely. 

Extra Storage Available for Rent*

  • We will offer additional storage within our building for any and all of your extra needs. *Please contact Management for inquiries.

Pet-friendly

  • We love your pets! We are happy to say that we allow pets to make our lofts their homes as well. We are open to any and every breed but please have them well-trained as to not disturb the other residents. Please see the pet agreement for more information.
